Honestly, she's a comedian and if it was Russell Peter, no one would have an issue with it. It seemed out of place because of the platform (which isn't hers) she expressed herself.
I think that her antics on the view
illustrate how much Rosie needs her own show. She does not and cannot represent The View and I don't think The View feels comfortable having Rosie (in all her banter)dictate the taste of the show.
She wants her own show but can't have it. For this reason, it woudl be in the best interest of The View to muzzle her. Either way, she's a comedian but she's obviously thinking outta her ass.

I mean, we all know everyone is racist -He just got caught and it was in no way beneficial to his career.
